Additional explanation
A green status in the portal indicates a general connection between the Solar-Log™ in the field and the Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4 platform. However, this does not include a check of the extent to which this connection also transmits production values; it is therefore possible in individual cases that no data arrive and can be displayed in the portal. Therefore, there may be errors in a plant that are only detected by alarms in the monitoring.
If you detect a plant without production values but with a green traffic light, a detailed on-site analysis of the components may be necessary.
Please note in the monitoring that active alarms can also be present in fleets with green bars.
