To cancel an individual plant from the Solar-Log WEB EnerestTM 4 when the current period ends, please proceed as follows:
Please open the plant management of the plant you want to cancel (“Administration” → “Plants” → select plant)
This page view is necessary and is then being automatically transmitted to us to reliably identify the plant.

Now open the "Send feedback / Report an issue" dialog by clicking on this icon (top right next to your name)
Please click on “Report an issue”
Please enter the following subject: "Cancel plant”
To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with the following additional information in the problem description:
The serial number of the Solar-Log to be cancelled
Your name and e-mail address, in order for us the validate whether you are authorized
Optional: More information on why you want to cancel the plant

A confirmation of receipt will the then be send to the email address provided
As soon as we’ve successfully processed your cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation including the end of contract term
