To cancel an individual plant from the Solar-Log WEB EnerestTM 4 when the current period ends, please proceed as follows:
Please open the plant management of the plant you want to cancel (“Administration” → “Plants” → select plant).

Öffnen Sie nun den “Feedback senden / Problem melden”-Dialog durch einen Klick auf dieses Symbol (oben rechts neben ihrem Namen)
Now open the "Send feedback / Report an issue" dialog by clicking on the following icon (top right next to your name).
Please click on “Report an issue”.

Directly afterwards, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
As soon as this has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of termination from us detailing the end of the contract term.
