The FTP data transfer service was disrupted from December 21 to 30. All data was then imported retroactively. You will see a corresponding data transfer error in the Monitoring for each affected Plant. Any deviation errors during this period were also only detected after the affected period.

Der FTP-Datentransferdienst war vom 21. bis 30. Dezember gestört. Alle Daten sind danach rückwirkend importiert worden. Sie sehen einen entsprechenden Datenübertragungsfehler in der Überwachung für jede betroffene Anlage. Eventuell vorhandene Abweichungsfehler während dieses Zeitraums wurden ebenfalls erst nach dem betroffenen Zeitraum erkannt.

If your Solar-Log is no longer able to transfer data anymore since Monday evening the 16th of Dec. 2024, the reason might be, that the IP Address of all *.enerest.world domains has changed from 116.202.5.220 to 167.235.217.69, in a planned maintenance. If the IP address was added to a firewall, it is required to update it to allow the Solar-Log to transfer data again.

Wenn Ihr Solar-Log seit Montag Abend, dem 16.12.2024, keine Daten mehr überträgt, dann kann folgende Änderung der Grund dafür sein: Die IP Adresse aller *.enerest.world Domains hat sich während einer geplanten Wartung von 116.202.5.220 zu 167.235.217.69 geändert. Wenn die IP Adresse in einer Firewall hinterlegt war, müssen sie diese aktualisieren, um dem Solar-Log die Datenübertragung wieder zu ermöglichen.
