Which portal address do I have to enter in the Solar-Log™?
The portal address for Solar-Log WEB is Enerest™ for all portals:

FTP
The access data for your FTP plant are created during the creation of a plant in your portal WEB 4 portal.
The server for FTP transfers is:

Select "FTP" for transfer:
The user name of your FTP account consists of the manufacturer of your data logger and the serial number.

Enter your access data under Configuration > Internet > Export.

To activate FTP transfer with a Meteocontrol data logger you need a FTP Push license.
Enter your access data under PV Plant> SFTP / FTP Push.

Huawei Smartlogger
Please enter the FTP access data here that you will receive when you have created your Huawei plant in the portal.1. create your Huawei plant in Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4
2. insert FTP credentials in the Huawei logger.
Open Settings > Comm. Param. > FTP
Enter here the credentials, the portal has generated during plant creation.

Please set the export settings as follows:
Data export: Activated
File format: Format 4
File name: minYYMMDDHHmm.csv
Time format: DD-MM-YYYY
Export mode: Cyclic
Export interval: 5
3. set plant name
Open Settings > User Param. > Plant
Insert Plant Name, Plant address and country. Than click on Submit.
