Cancellation of a plant

To cancel an individual plant from the Solar-Log WEB Enerest^TM 4 when the current period ends, please proceed as follows:

1. Please open the plant management of the plant you want to cancel (“Administration” → “Plants” → select plant).
   This page view is necessary and is then being automatically transmitted to us to reliably identify the plant.
   

   

   
   

2. Now open the "Send feedback / Report an issue" dialog by clicking on the following icon (top right next to your name).

   

3. Please click on “Report an issue”.
   

   

4. Please enter the following subject: "Cancel plant”.
   

5. To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with the following additional information in the problem description:

   1. The serial number of the Solar-Log to be cancelled.

   2. Your name and e-mail address, in order for us the validate whether you are authorized.

   3. Optional: More information on why you want to cancel the plant.

6. Submit the message.
   

7. Directly afterwards, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
   

8. As soon as this has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of termination from us detailing the end of the contract term.
