Tablet optimizations for the monitoring module

Pinboards can be created again. This bug is fixed.
under FW 3.6.0 Build 99 there was a freeze in the remote configuration.
in the analysis overview, the filter "Show plants without date" for historical data had no effect. Works again.
Numbers in widgets above 1,000 are now localized correctly.
Status/Error details are displayed correctly for new errors in the list widgets. The details are visible again.
The active tabs are highlighted again in the administration of plants.
The estimation curve has been adjusted in behavior and is now displayed correctly.
Green texts are easier to read on a dark background. We have increased the contrast.
Minute values are now better rounded and more clearly displayed on the error pages.
In the bright design, the accordions are now more visible. The contrast has also been increased here.
Tooltips were directly behind the mouse in charts and thus difficult to read. We have repositioned the tooltips.
The columns of the task list now have the full height of the page again, these were previously limited to a good 1/3 of the page.
Missing translations have been added.
