🔓 Biometric login

After the first login to the new version 5 of the app, a pop-up message appears, via which the biometric login can be activated. At any later time, activation and deactivation is possible in the settings. For the activation, a re-entry of the user data is required. Once the settings have been saved, the login can be performed via fingerprint or FaceID.

Info: Each system has its own security processes. On Android phones, after activating the biometrical login, the user has to enter his fingerprint or FaceID every time the app openes. On iOS systems the login will be granted 10 minutes after closing the app. After this time the user has to use the biometrical login again to open the app.

👨‍🏫 Tutorial

Via the tutorial, the basic functions of the app are explained. In the first step, the plant list and plant view are explained, as well as the inverter and balance graph. In the future, new functions can be added to separate chapters of the tutorial and can be accessed at any time via the settings.

✍️ Feedback-Tool

With the help of the feedback tool, errors and new feature requests can be sent directly from the app. The tool can be found in the menu "Help & Support" > "Contact". Screenshots can be taken and the issue directly highlighted here. All important information about the user is automatically recorded and sent to our system.

While using the feedback-tool the user can switch between navigation through the app and the coloring tool. This can be choosen on the right side of the screen.

Bar chart for balance and consumer view

The graph for the monthly, yearly and total balance is now a bar chart. Here, the covered and uncovered consumption is displayed in a stacked bar, as in the portal.

In the consumer display, all consumers are shown in a bar chart. The bars are also stacked with the different consumers.

The balance chart is now shown in bars. Here you can see the production compared to grid purchases and own consumption. You also have the target line in the monthly, yearly and total view.

New menu structure

The menu is now chaptered in “Settings”, “Help & Support”, and “Logout”. All data privacy informations are found on the bottom of the menu.

Search

The search function allows installers to search for plants and fleets more quickly. By entering the name or serial number, the search results are displayed and the plant or fleet can be opened directly.

🐛 Fixed issues & 🚀 improvements

• Different values in the consumption diagram and in the balance diagram are corrected

• When opening a notification in the notification list, the data is displayed again

• Pop-up messages can now be closed with the back button

• High values in diagrams have been corrected

• Scrolling in the daily view of inverters is smoother

• Added missing plant name in header when sharing a diagram

• Login issues for Huawei and Samsung have been fixed

• Saving settings for simulated battery is possible again

• Balance shows the correct kWh value in the plant overview

Known issues

The following issues are known but not yet fixed in this version:

• Not all tablet types are supported - here an error may occur when loading the login screen.

• For plants with a meter as inverter, the meter is not displayed in the app (will be fixed with version 5.1)
