Fixed bugs 🐛 & improvements 🚀

Improved behaviour when the user-defined start page cannot be found.
Some bugs in our charts have been fixed. The charts now load correctly again when the date is changed.
The CSV export works again as expected in the analysis.
The tooltip for the technical availability chart is displayed again.
New module fields can be created and assigned to components again.
Optimisations to the layout of the file storage for plants have been rolled out.
Graphics are now also optimised for negative values.
Incorrect messages that the epoch has been changed are no longer displayed.
