Monitoring periods better visualised

Unmonitored periods are shown in light grey, while the alarm period is shown in red. With this adjustment, the corresponding time periods are better visualised.

Fixed bugs 🐛 & improvements 🚀

• Sorting the alarm list no longer worked. We were able to fix this problem.

• Widgets can be resized on pinboards again.

• The markers for the plants are visible on the map again.

• When exporting CSV files in Power Management, the labels are now output correctly again.

• Comments are now wrapped correctly. Both in the task list and in the plant administration.

• Missing translations in the administration of plants in the "Incoming data" tab have been added.

• Some widgets only displayed data after an action was selected in the ...-menu or the widget info was clicked.
