New support function: Request diagnostic file

You can now request the diagnostics file in the plant management. You can then send this file to our technical support colleagues. With this file, we can provide detailed troubleshooting support.

Bug fixed 🐛 & Improvements 🚀

  • The plant size is now calculated correctly again after a change in the remote configuration.

  • The fleet overview can now be opened again for all users.

  • We have significantly increased the performance of certain areas in the portal - as a result, the loading times have gone down significantly.

  • The string view in the analysis is now compatible with Solarmax SCBs again.
