Monitoring rules available now

From now on it is possible to access the new functionalities for all systems with HTTP or FTP transfer.

With the new monitoring rules, you can assign multiple components to one rule. This allows you to change monitoring for many components at once with just one change.

You can create multiple rules per plant, each with individual parameters.

Furthermore, you can now assign your own names to the rules or duplicate rules.
