Dear portal customer,

The newly developed Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4 portal has been launched. It offers you a variety of new possibilities to organise your plant monitoring. In the next few months we’ll be moving the existing plants to the new portal. This means that you and your customers will benefit from the new and improved Solar-Log™ monitoring solution.

Look forward to a state-of-the-art, even more powerful and convenient monitoring system for your PV plants.

What do I have to do?

Nothing! We’ll take care of the entire move for you. We’ll tell you when you’re moving to the new portal in good time and contact you personally to coordinate the details.

Will the migration affect my daily work?

No. Your data will be transferred completely in the background, so you’ll not lose any data and there will be no recording gaps.

What happens to my customers?

First of all nothing, for us it’s important that you decide. If you wish, we’ll be happy to contact your customers in advance. Of course, you can also inform your customers about the move yourself. In addition, you and your customers will benefit from the fact that you can now respond even faster and in a more targeted manner to possible performance deviations.

How does the migration work technically?

Your Solar-Log™ requires a new portal address, which we will automatically transfer to your data logger during the move. All data from your existing portal will be transferred to the new Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4 portal.

Will my portal address change?

Yes.
Each portal will have a new URL after the move. Please take this into account for any existing integrations/embeddings in order to be able to adjust this during the move.
