Activate/Deactivate Two-Factor-Authentication

To increase the security of your personal user account, you can activate two-factor authentication.

 Instructions

  1. Open your personal profile by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click on User Settings

  3. Switch to the Login and Security tab

  4. In the Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings section, you can activate two-factor authentication.

  5. Click on Enable

  6. You will now be redirected to our login page. Please follow the instructions.

  7. Scan the QR code with an app for these purposes and enter the six-digit one-time password

 

You can see from the red status whether two-factor authentication is activated or deactivated for you.
