Move user from WEB 3

In this article, we will show you how to move your customers and other users to your new WEB 4 portal.

 Step-by-step

  1. Log in with your old WEB 3 access data in your portal. E.G. https://mustermann.solarlog-web.de

  2. Switch to administration

  3. Under Users on the left side go to "Migrate users to WEB4".

  4. By clicking on the blue arrow at the end of the line, the user is newly created in WEB 4 and receives an e-mail.

After the user accepts the invitation and sets his password, the access is active.

 

Please note that for security reasons the registration link is valid for 24 hours. After that, a new link must be sent from the portal by an administrator.

 

Plant Allocation

If these users are assigned in the plant details with the Enerest account, these plants are also assigned in Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4.
