Real-time status of plants

Similar to the portal we are adding the plants health state in the app.

The installer can now see the state of all plants in his portal in the fleet view.

Plant(s) without data transmission

OR

Plant(s) without minute data (please check Plant Administration Details > Tab “Incoming Data”)

OR

Plant(s) with more than 50% of the components have an active communication alert

OR

Plant(s) sends data in the future

Plant(s) with 25-50% of components have communication alerts

Plant(s) with 1-25% of components with communication alerts

Plant(s) with incoming minute data

AND

Plant(s) with active communication to the logger and the components

Check the incoming data in plant administration and the monitoring.

Filter for active alarms in the alarm list

We are adding the ongoing filter in the alert list. You can now change between the list of active alerts and all alerts in the plants alert list.

If there are active alerts the default list will be filtered to the active alerts.

If there are no active alerts the list will be empty and all inactive alerts are shown.

Data correction in the data matrix via the app

To correct daily values in the data matrix, we have a new section in the plants settings to select the components an channels at a specific date.

The current values are then shown as result which can be edited.

After the editing the new value is synchronized with the portal and shown in the data matrix.

It is also possible to type in decimal values. Those are not shown in the portal, as there are only numbers without decimals shown.

In the plant view we added a new inverter widget.

Here all inverters are listed and can be compared to each other in the normalized production tab.

It is possible to switch between the production and the normalized production.

The inverters will no longer be shown in the production widget.

The production widget is extended by the normalized production values.

The production can now be shown in kWh in the production view or in kWh/kWp in the normalized production view.

There are no normalized values for days in this widget.

Only available for month, year and total.

Link in the app to our online help & new tutorial chapters

To have a better link to the support tools we added the concluence Online Help to the App menu “Help & Support”.

The user will reach the german Online Help if he has the device language set to german.

For every other language the english Online Help will be opened.

In the menuitem “Show Tutorial” a new overview page is shown with all current tutorial chapters.

Known issues

With the current data protection guidelines on Android the library we are using for biometrical login can no longer support FaceID. On Android devices we now only provide biometrical login via fingerprint.

We are looking for a solution to enable FaceID again.

The push notifications can be suppressed by the respective operating systems if too many alarms remain unopened. In this case, the notifications are downgraded in priority by the smartphones system and no longer displayed to the user.

- As we need longer time to fix the wrong data, we decided to no longer show the feed-in in the balance chart
Size of images is currently very small and will throw error messages if the image is larger than 2MB for plant pictures and larger than 10MB in plant storage (will be improved in Version 8.1)
