Bug fixes 🐛 & Improvements 🚀

A basic plant user should not change remuneration on the system yield widget in pinboards. Therefore, the button was removed from that widget in pinboards. Now the feed-in tariff can only be set up in plant administration (if user has sufficient permissions).
The calculation of the daily and balanced view of a plant that does not record data in watt-precise granularity has been corrected.
When assigning plants to a user, users can now be directly searched for via the search field, also when no plant is selected yet.
